cremation by heat
Cremation has become a growing selection for many people because it can be more flexible as to when and where you hold a service. Many people do not know that you can choose to have a traditional funeral service before a cremation. Once the cremated process is complete, there are several options regarding what can be done with the cremated remains of your loved one. Cremated remains can be placed in an urn of your choosing, scattered, buried in a grave, or entombed in a columbarium.
Alkaline Hydrolysis (Flamesless Cremation)
Cremation is not only accomplished by flame, but it can also be accomplished through a process called alkaline hydrolysis also known as, flameless cremation, cremation by water or green cremation. Just like cremation by flame, alkaline hydrolysis produces cremated remains to place in an urn, to scatter, to be buried, or entombed. You can have a traditional funeral service before a flameless cremation or a memorial service with or without the urn present. For more information about this way of cremation, give us a call!
